Located in Lisbon’s historic downtown “Baixa Pombalina”, Assunção 88 was one of our first rehabilitation projects, a building that entirely represents the neoclassical Pombaline construction from the XIX century.
This building’s surroundings are known for their big sunny squares and boulevards, and have some of the most fascinating historical sites in the city, which maintain their centennial elegance and grandeur.
Assunção 88 location – Chiado – is also distinguished by the strong cultural presence of its theatres, art schools and street performers. It is the hub for the city’s young people, intellectuals and artists, as well as businessmen and entrepreneurs that help filling these streets with movement, joy and life.
Assunção 88 is composed of 15 units: 2 retail stores and 13 residential units, which have between one and three rooms (T1 – T3) up to 102sqm.
