Art 138 origins date back to the XVIII century – a luxury building with unique and distinctive architectural lines, located in the emblematic center of the capital.
Art 138 was completely renovated in 2015 and is located in the heart of Lisbon’s historic downtown – Baixa, also known as the Pombaline Lower Town. This region is characterized by its big sunny squares and boulevards and by its construction pombaline lines.
This area spreads to Restauradores, which is known by its local stores and regional establishments, and to Avenida da Liberdade, one of the most expensive boulevards in Europe due to the concentration of premium fashion and jewellery stores.
The ambition in this rehabilitation project was to preserve its true pombaline architectural details and enhance them as a piece of art. Art 138 has six floors with 2 retail stores on the first floor and 12 residential apartments in the floors above. The residential units range from 66 to 135sqm and include T0, T1 and T2 typologies.
